Marketing Manager Americas

We are currently seeking a full-time "Marketing Manager Americas (Downstream).

This Position will support the development, implementation and management of BVI's field marketing initiatives for the Americas (US/Canada/Latin America)

  • This individual will support the development and execution of programs to help drive sales growth and support business initiatives in the US, Canada, and Latin America. This individual will support new product/services launches, as well as provide input for new product innovation to the organization. The Marketing Manager will also provide market assessments, competitive landscape analyses, as well as identify new sources for growth. This role reports to the Sr. Marketing Manager Americas.
  • Develop and execute create campaigns and effective sales tools for the Americas region.
  • Create clear effective and targeted messaging to customer to drive revenue.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market plans for new products/services, and monitor post launch performance ensuring goals are met.
  • Identify new product/service opportunities that will drive top-line growth.
  • Manger downstream marketing activities within specified budgets/timeline

Conduct product training for existing commercial organization, demonstrates knowledge of downstream marketing for the Americas.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, MBA preferred. 3+ years' experience in medical device marketing or equivalent. Experience developing turnkey marketing activities and lead generation programs. Strong project management skills. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, proven ability to meet deadlines under pressure. Proven effective verbal/written communication skills, self motivated.

Additionally: willingness to travel as needed (up to 35%), including some international travel. Capability to address various audiences and communicate well. Bias for action, results-oriented, and an agile learner.

Beaver-Visitec International is currently seeking a Sales Representative for Philadelphia/NJ territory, to help create and promote innovative, new microsurgical products for ophthalmic surgery. The Sales Representative will be responsible for the sales and promotion of ophthalmic disposable knives, instruments, kits and other supplies to hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers. The Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining and growing annual sales volume in assigned territory.

We require a BS or BA degree in Business and/or related discipline, 2 or more years selling medical devices in the operating room market to hospitals, surgery centers, and doctor's offices. Candidates for this position should have a demonstrated track record of success and an aptitude to learn and apply new clinical knowledge. Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to foster and develop strong relationships is a must. All candidates for this position must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and must be able to read and write in English.

Travel up to 50%. Ability to drive a car; use lap tap while sitting; use telephone and other hand-held devices; stand or walk for at least 4 hours at a time; presentations; written/oral communication in English; lift up to 70 lbs. Associate Marketing Manager

We are currently seeking a full-time Associate Marketing Manger.

The Associate Marketing Manager plays a critical role in supporting Global Marketing and Product Management. This position is responsible for organization, logistics, budget management, delivery support, lead management received at trade shoes, help drive corporate or assigned messages through shows, assist with marketing campaign execution, prepare and distribute required monthly reporting and general sales and marketing support activities as assigned. This person will also lead the Digital Marketing initiative for BVI ensuring proper and regular communication to all surgeons to ensure brand recall and product effectiveness. This individual works with the Marketing organization to include product marketing sales, and marketing communications. This individual maintains tracking system and inventory of promotional materials, provides on-going support, and works with vendors. Manages special projects as assigned.

Drive logistics for national and regional/local trade shows as well as workshops and wetlabs. Send out show supplies before the show and unpack them after the show. Organize and plan trade show related activities within budget and time. In addition: Digital Marketing strategy and associated projects for BVI. Other Marketing & Sales Projects as required.

Required: 1-3 years of Marketing or related work experience and a Bachelor's degree.  Strongly prefer someone with a concentration in Marketing or Business degree. Project Management experience.

The work environment will be in a business office environment, with frequent access to sample closet, literature library, and shipping/receiving department. Must have strong English language skills (spoken and in writing; excellent grammar and attention to details. Able to stand up to 4 hours or more on occasion; able to lift up to 40 lbs. Domestic U.S. based travel and international travel by airplane 2-6 times per year to trade shows and meetings as required.

Master Data Analyst -2

Location

Waltham

Basic Summary

You will be responsible for developing and executing policies/procedures that drive the collection, development, periodic review , and maintenance of master date that will drive process and system applications for Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) for Beaver Visitec - in support of both Demand Planning and Master Planning. You will develop measurements for master data that will drive key performance indicators and master data integrity reviews. You will be responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, and dissemination of all SIOP master data. The master data includes data which resides in Beaver Visitec's information systems (IFS), and any master data in manual formats.

The scope for master data, as well as relevant business rules/policies, includes demand planning, master planning, production scheduling and sequencing, material purchasing, and logistics (transportation and warehousing). In addition to managing master data, you will publish communications when changes occur.

Requirements

Associates degree in business, computer science, or related fields, (Bachelor's degree preferred). Minimum of 3 year experience working in a supply chain environment. Ability to learn ERP functionality and fields. Must be proficient at Excel, Word and MS project. Preferred: knowledge of ERP systems, engineering data, master scheduling and MRP. Working knowledge of manufacturing in a medical device company or similar regulated industry. Advanced Excel skills. Project Management.

OEM/Distribution Sales Manager

The OEM/Distribution Sales Manager is responsible for the sales and promotion of Ophthalmic disposable knives, instruments, kits, and other supplies. Target call points with all assigned OEM and Distributor Customers. Responsible for maintaining and growing annual sales volume in assigned territory. Reports to the Sr, Manager, Sales Ops & Endo Sales Leader. Works independently in cooperation with the sales force, Regional Director of Sales, VP of Sales, National Contracts Manager and strategic global focus. Information must be verified to ensure appropriate levels of service to the customers - both internal and external.

B.S./B.A. Degree in Business and/or related medical field required and 3-5 years selling experience preferably in the health care market. Ability to drive a car; use lap top while sitting; use telephone and other hand-held device; stand or walk for at least 2 hours at a time; presentations; written/oral communication in English; lift up to 20 lbs., Travel up to 30-35% anticipated.

This Position will work with sales management to define, implement and manage BVI's field marketing initiatives for the Americas (US/Canada/Latin America). This individual is responsible for the creation, development and execution of programs to help drive sales growth and support business initiatives in the US, Canada/Latin America. This individual will lead new product/service launches, as well as provide ongoing market for new product innovation to the organization. The Sr. Marketing Manager will also provide on-going market assessments, competitive landscape analyses. as well as identify new sources for growth. This role reports into the Vice President of Global Marketing.

  • Create, develop and execute marketing campaigns and effective sales tools for the Americas region.
